Le Département des affaires économiques et sociales des Nations Unies vient de publier son rapport sur la gouvernance électronique pour 2022. Cette 12ème édition met en lumière les efforts des pays membres dans leurs transformations digitales, elle donne un aperçu du développement du e-Gouvernement dans les 193 États membres, et évalue les progrès accomplis dans l'utilisation des TIC par les gouvernements. Cette enquête, éditée chaque deux ans, permet de fournir une auto-évaluation des pratiques digitales des gouvernements en termes de transparence, d'inclusion, d'efficacité et d'efficience, ainsi que des données statistiques actualisées sur l'utilisation des TIC par les administrations publiques. L’étude classe les pays membre selon l’index de développement du e-Gouvernement (EGDI).
Cette enquête 2022 répartit les pays en 4 catégories selon le développement de l’e-gouvernement ( très élevé, élevé, intermédiaire et faible).
L’Algérie figure parmi les pays du groupe 2 (EGDI élevé) avec un indice de développement du e-Gouvernement de 0.5611, elle est classée 112ème sur 193 pays et gagne 8 positions par rapport au classement de 2020. Namibia’s road to digital transformation
To explore digital transformation opportunities and learn from global leaders, Namibia recently participated in Estonia’s 9th e-Governance Conference in Tallinn. The conference, which attracted lawmakers, policy implementers and delegates from 90 countries worldwide, provided a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration on effective digital governance.
Among the attendees was Namibia’s Deputy Minister of Information Communication and Technology, Emma Theofelus (ET).
She shared her insights and plans for Namibia’s digital transformation during an interview with New Era’s reporter Aletta Shikololo (AS). The conference served as a valuable resource for Namibia, as it seeks to harness the power of technology to drive innovation and enhance governance systems within the country.
