Enabel, as the coordinating organisation of the AU-EU D4D Hub project maintains D4D Access with the purpose of facilitating exchanges of knowledge between African and European digital stakeholders. For such purpose, D4D Access centralises knowledge products created by external organisations. Our goal is to keep content timely and accurate, and we thus conduct a quality check before publication of all knowledge products. If errors are brought to our attention, we will also try to correct them. However, Enabel accepts no responsibility or liability with regard to the knowledge products on this site.
The AU-EU D4D Hub project is co-funded by the European Union. The content of D4D Access, however, is not the responsibility and does not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union.

Submissions of knowledge products
External parties submitting knowledge products on D4D Access shall obtain the author(s) approval for publication and shall make sure they have all necessary consents and approvals to use the author(s)’ intellectual property rights and that the knowledge work does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third parties. Enabel is unable to verify this information, thus submitters accept responsibility when using the contribute form and to hold harmless Enabel and the AU-EU D4D Hub project against all claims, demands, suits, liabilities, expenses, damages and losses arising out of a third-party claim against it in respect of infringement of a third-party copyright and other intellectual or industrial property right. Submitters are also responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to fix and reproduce likeness and image related to people appearing in audio-visual recordings or photos and to publish their personal data and other information about them.
Intellectual property
Enabel does not claim any form of intellectual property rights on the products that are published on D4D Access platform. We ask nevertheless all submitters to include necessary references to the author(s), incl. a citation in APA format.
Authors and/or submitters do not have the possibility to claim any form of remuneration related to the publication of their knowledge product on the D4D Access platform.
