Panel discussion at the e-Governance Conference 2022
The e-Governance Conference, considered the biggest e-governance event in the international arena, brings together strategists, decision-makers, policy implementers and donors to chart the future course of governance.During the 2022 edition of the conference, the AU-EU D4D Hub facilitated a panel discussion under the theme "Laying Ground for Digital Services: Case Studies from Africa", which took place on 10 May . The session focused on the pre-conditions, needs and challenges in developing human-centric and effective digital public services in Africa, and shared practical experiences, good practices and lessons learnt based on real-life examples of developing digital services in different African countries.
