The concept of agile governance aims to help policymakers develop policies in a more proactive way, allowing them to keep pace with the rapid development and deployment of emerging technologies. The objective of the course is to contribute into development of a capacity building program on digital regulation to support digital transformation in Africa.
The program aims to equip policy makers and regulators in the digital ecosystem with the knowledge, skills and tools that would enable them to design and implement policies and regulations applying agile regulation principles, conducive to vibrant, safe, inclusive and sustainable digital economies. The goal of the program is to ensure that policy makers and regulators in Africa are equipped with appropriate regulatory capacities to unleash thedigital economy’s potential in Africa.
